Game just gets stuck on "Now Loading..." for me

I deleted my post, because I was looking in the wrong area for one of the things. If it's the same for everyone, the code is 5542.

After entering the room to look for the clock, I keep getting the error "Failed to load: img/pictures/help - interact.png"
